Agreement
By creating a business account, subscribing or using the business workspace, you agree to these Terms. The service is intended for people using it wholly or mainly for business purposes.
The platform
Braider Booking AI provides software for storefronts, services, availability, bookings, waitlists, reminders, team access and payment integrations. We may improve or change features as the platform develops.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, maintain a current email address and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for people you invite to your workspace.
Subscription, free trials and cancellation
Eligible first-time business subscribers can start one 7-day free trial of the Starter plan by completing Stripe subscription checkout. Creating an account alone does not begin the trial or billing. A payment method is required at Stripe checkout, but no platform subscription fee is due during the trial.
Unless cancelled before the trial ends, Starter continues automatically at £14.99 per month, with the first charge due when the trial expires on the date shown at Stripe checkout. Businesses that have previously subscribed may not qualify for another free trial. Returning subscribers without trial eligibility are shown applicable charges at Stripe checkout before confirming. Existing paid subscriptions are not restarted or extended by the trial offer.
You can manage or cancel a trial or paid subscription through the Stripe customer portal linked from your billing area. A trial cancelled before it ends will not convert to a paid subscription; access normally continues until the scheduled trial-end date. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled, and paid access ends when the subscription entitlement ends. Platform subscription charges are separate from customer booking deposits. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless we agree otherwise or the law requires a refund. A full subscription refund may end paid access immediately.
Customer payments
Customer deposits are processed through the participating business's connected Stripe account. The business is responsible for its prices, deposit rules, refunds, taxes and customer obligations.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your services, prices, availability, policies, content and customer communications; for delivering booked services; and for complying with consumer, tax, licensing, health and safety and data-protection obligations that apply to your business.
Acceptable use
You must not use the platform unlawfully, mislead customers, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, upload malicious material, bypass security controls, interfere with another business's data, send unlawful spam or misuse protected platform data.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you upload. You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, resize, transmit and display that content only as needed to provide and secure the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload.
Data protection
Our Privacy Notice explains how we use personal information. Where we process customer data on your behalf, the Data Processing Terms form part of this agreement.
Third-party services
The platform depends on services such as Stripe, Resend, Render and Cloudflare. Their services are subject to their own terms and availability. We are not responsible for failures outside our reasonable control, although we will take reasonable steps to restore affected functionality.
Availability and maintenance
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may carry out maintenance, security work or product changes, and may apply reasonable technical limits where needed.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, suspected fraud, unlawful use, a material breach of these Terms or risk to other users. You may stop using the service and request account deletion, subject to records we must retain for legal or legitimate business reasons.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Braider Booking AI provides technology and is not responsible for the quality, safety or outcome of services supplied by independent businesses.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit or anticipated savings. Any other liability will be limited to the platform fees you paid during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual property
Except for user content, the Braider Booking AI software, branding, interfaces and platform materials are owned by or licensed to the operator. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational or product reasons. Material changes will apply prospectively and, where appropriate, will be communicated through the platform or by email.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply elsewhere.
