Who provides the service
Your hair or beauty service is supplied by the independent business shown on the booking page. That business, not Braider Booking AI, is responsible for the service itself.
Our role
Braider Booking AI provides booking, availability, reminder, waitlist, booking-management and payment-integration technology. We do not perform the booked service or guarantee its quality or outcome.
Checking your booking
Before confirming, check the service, price, date, time and any deposit shown. A booking is confirmed only when the platform confirms it and, where required, the deposit payment has been successfully verified.
Prices and deposits
Prices and deposit amounts are set by the participating business. Deposits are processed through Stripe using that business's connected payment account. Braider Booking AI does not store your full card details.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Your secure manage-booking page will show the options currently available. Cut-off periods and business-specific rules may apply. If an online change is no longer available, contact the business directly.
Refunds and disputes
The participating business is responsible for decisions about customer deposit or service refunds, subject to applicable law and its own policy. Service-quality, cancellation, no-show and refund disputes should be raised with the business first. We may assist with technical booking or payment-routing issues.
Waitlists
Joining a waitlist does not guarantee an appointment. An available slot may be offered for a limited time and may require confirmation or payment before it is secured.
Your contact details
Provide a valid email address and accurate booking information. Transactional messages, reminders and secure booking-management links may be sent to the contact details you provide.
Business policies
You must follow reasonable policies communicated by the participating business, including arrival, preparation, lateness, age, safeguarding and service-suitability requirements. Those policies remain the responsibility of the business and must comply with applicable law.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The participating business remains responsible for consumer-law obligations relating to the service it supplies.
Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains how booking and contact information is handled. The participating business will usually be the controller for information it uses to provide your appointment.
